Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Natural honey may crystallise over time; this is normal. Warm the jar gently in water to soften it.

The story

Our mountain honey is collected locally and packed simply, so the natural character of the honey stays at the centre. Its colour and flavour change a little from season to season, as the flowers on the hillsides do.

Honey was the first thing MAL shared beyond our own table. It is still prepared the way we prepare it for family: carefully, in small amounts, without hurrying.
